Mrs Ronke Kazeem joined AK & Co. in 1998, after a successful Law practice experience at the Law Firm of Abraham Adesanya & Co., where she gathered significant litigation and negotiation skills.

She was also previously engaged at Lombard Insurance Ltd, where she had risen to the position of Claims Manager after a career in Insurances panning the course of a decade. Prior to assuming the position of Managing Partner at AK & Co., Mrs Kazeem was Partner in charge of Intellectual Property and Company Secretarial Services at the Firm, a department she still oversees. She currently sits on the board of several companies with diverse interests and is the Managing Director of AK Nominees Management Services Ltd., a provider of corporate management and trustee services.

Mrs Kazeem has litigated and provided advice on several Commercial transactions involving corporate, insurance, property and IP matters, and is a trusted provider of corporate structuring and re-structuring advice to several of the Firm’s clients. She is a member of several professional associations including the Nigeria Bar Association, International Bar Association, Intellectual Property Lawyers Association of Nigeria, the International Trademark Association and The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria.
