Ajibola Edwards is the Depuy Managing Partner in the Law Firm of AK & Co. where he oversees the Commercial and Government Relations Department of the Firm.

Over the years Ajibola Edwards has advised both domestic and foreign clients on projects in construction, mining, energy/oil and gas including early production systems for extraction of gas and oil. He also advises on technology, housing development and mergers and acquisitions and in 2018 acted as transaction adviser for a Nigerian Company’s acquisition of a UK entity.

Ajibola Edwards is also a Strategic Advisor to several Nigerian, International and Multinational businesses. He has written several articles on commercial transactions. He was called to the bar in 1991 and attended the University of Lagos where he graduated in Law and Sociology in 1990 and 1986 respectively and is a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration.  Ajibola Edwards is married with children.
