Oyinkansola Tunde-Braimoh is an industrious and driven legal practitioner, currently serving as an Associate in the Technology & Communications Department at Adeniji Kazeem & Co. She provides strategic and practical legal support and advisory across a range of practice areas, including Technology Law, Company Secretarial Services, Regulatory Compliance, Project Finance, Real Estate and Property Transactions, and General Corporate Advisory.

She has extensive experience advising on intricate and complex transactions, particularly in the Capital Markets and Project Finance sectors, as well as in Real Estate and Property Transactions and Corporate Governance. She has contributed to the structuring, negotiation, and successful execution of several high-value, cross-border deals. Her work regularly involves interfacing with regulators, drafting and reviewing transaction documentation, advising on governance frameworks, and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance across multiple sectors.

Oyinkansola Tunde-Braimoh holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the prestigious University of Lagos with a Second-Class Upper distinction and was called to the Nigerian Bar after attending the Nigerian Law School, Lagos Campus. She is a Member of the Nigerian Bar Association and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK). She is fluent in English, with intermediate proficiency in Yoruba and French, which complements her ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders across diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Oyinkansola Tunde-Braimoh also has a strong interest in International Law, Diplomacy, and International Relations, shaped in part by her experience as a delegate at the Cambridge International Model United Nations (2016) and the Oxford International Model United Nations (2017). These engagements continue to inform her global outlook and cross- border legal perspective.
