Boonyamin Oladiran Kazeem is a legal practitioner with experience in corporate and commercial law, litigation, regulatory compliance, intellectual property and business development. His practice experience includes advising on commercial transactions, corporate restructuring, dispute resolution, contracts and regulatory matters across diverse sectors, including technology, cybersecurity, construction and oil & gas.
