She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Business Education from the University of Nigeria Nsukka  and  Master’s degree in Business Administration -Human Resource option from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho, Nigeria. She is a Chartered Human Resource Practitioner and a Certified Trainer.  She’s currently a member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHM), Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Nigeria (CIPM), Nigerian Institute of Training and Development (NITAD) and Institute of Registered Administrative Managers of Nigeria (IRAMN)
