Kingsley Chime is a Senior Associate in the Technology and Communications Division of the Firm. Called to the Nigerian Bar on November 20, 2012, Kingsley has amassed over thirteen years of post-call experience, providing expert legal services across several core practice areas. His areas of specialization include Technology and Communications Law, Intellectual Property, Litigation, Criminal Justice, Dispute Resolution and Arbitration, as well as Commercial and Property Law.

A forward-thinking and solutions-driven lawyer, Kingsley has developed a strong interest and deep competence in the emerging intersections between law, technology, and innovation. He has advised a wide spectrum of clients ranging from start-ups to established players in digital banking, telecommunications, and fintech ecosystems. His work includes advising on regulatory compliance, commercial negotiations, intellectual property protection, licensing, data privacy, and digital infrastructure transactions.

Kingsley obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the Enugu State University of Science and Technology and a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree from the University of Lagos. Before joining Adeniji Kazeem & Co., Kingsley worked with several respected law firms in Lagos where he was actively involved in a variety of complex and high-stakes legal matters. He has represented multinational corporations, financial institutions, and government agencies in contentious and non-contentious matters, and has successfully handled several landmark cases, securing notable judgments in favour of his clients. His litigation and arbitration experience cuts across trial and appellate courts as well as arbitral forums.

In addition to his legal practice, Kingsley is a recognized public affairs analyst and social commentator.
