Joshua is a Chartered Mediator and Conciliator (ChMC) and an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators of Nigeria. He is also a trained Mediator of the Negotiation and Conflict Management Group (NCMG).

Joshua is a member of the Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Department of the Firm. Prior to joining AK&CO, He worked with Megabriefs Chambers in Port Harcourt city of Rivers State, Trizon Law chambers at Ikoyi Lagos.
