Yetunde Ganiat Kehinde is an Associate in the Firm’s Intellectual Property and Company Secretarial Department. In her dual role as a Company Secretary and Corporate Advisory Professional, she ensures that corporate meetings are organized and conducted with adherence to regulatory requirements. She also collaborates in developing comprehensive corporate governance and policy frameworks that help clients achieve their business objectives.

She facilitates all necessary applications for IP registrations, working diligently to secure patents, trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights. Clients’ IP assets remain protected and up-to-date, as she handles renewals with precision, thereby allowing clients maximize the full value and potential of their intellectual property.

Yetunde obtained her LL.B from the University of Ilorin, after which she proceeded to the Nigerian Law School and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2022.
