Miss Sharon Okereke

Sharon Okereke is an Associate in the Firm’s Intellectual Property and Company Secretarial Department.

As a Company Secretary and Corporate Advisory Professional, she convenes diverse types of meetings, develops corporate governance and policy frameworks, and provides clients with well-grounded corporate and compliance advice.

Sharon is also actively involved in the management and maintenance of the Intellectual Property Portfolio of the Firm’s Clients, whilst facilitating necessary applications for IP registrations, renewals, and Intellectual Property Advisory services.

She graduated with 2^nd Class Honours (Upper Division) from University of Uyo and the Nigeria Law School, with various certifications on IP, Digital Marketing and Venture Capital.
