Mr. Emmanuel Anigwe

He is an Associate in the Firm’s Commercial and Public Relations Department where he consistently advises Clients in the Firm’s retainer on several legal issues spanning oil and gas, labour law, corporate finance, and general transaction advisory.

He has offered legal advisory on the registration and operations of Microfinance banks and Finance Companies in Nigeria, the Impact of the NMDPRA proposed Midstream Gas Infrastructure Fund (MGIF) Regulations on midstream and downstream operations in Nigeria, Operation of businesses in the Free Trade Zone, and Market Entry Strategy for a manufacturing company seeking to expand its operations to Nigeria and West Africa, among others.

He graduated from the Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) and the Nigeria Law School with Second Class Honors (upper division) and was called to the Nigeria Bar in November 2016.
