Collins Okamadiri is a solution-driven, enthusiastic young lawyer whose interest cuts across diverse areas of law. He graduated from the University of Uyo in 2018 with a Second Class (Upper Division), and from the Nigerian Law School in 2019 with a Second Class (Upper Division). He was subsequently admitted into the Nigerian Bar in 2019 as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. Prior to joining the firm, he interned at several law firms where he was exposed to various legal research and basic knowledge as it relates to legal practice. Due to his knack for legal research, Collins has written and published a variety of works on diverse legal subjects, amongst which includes; ‘Encouraging Economic Growth Through Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Vis-à-vis the Tax Policy in Nigeria’, ‘Critical Appraisal of Election Laws in Nigeria’, ‘Redefining the Minimum Educational Qualification for Presidential and Gubernatorial Elections in Nigeria’. Collins is an Associate member, Institute of Chattered Mediators and Conciliators, and also holds a certification in Public Health and Forced Migration from DePaul University, Chicago. He currently works in the Commercial and Public Sector department of the firm, where is being trained and exposed to handle several complex legal transactions.
