Bakare, Bolaji Ibrahim, Esq., ACTI, ABR, is an Associate Partner at Adeniji Kazeem & Co., where he leads the Firm’s Real Estate and Taxation Department. Known for his strategic insight and practical approach, he is saddled with overseeing high-value property transactions across Lagos State, working closely with developers, financiers, individuals, and government agencies to deliver results that reflect both legal precision and commercial awareness.
Before joining Adeniji Kazeem & Co., he was the Principal Partner and founder of LegalMetrics Attorneys, a largely litigation and Real Estate legal advisory service law Firm, where he built a reputation for excellence and client-focused service.
His earlier experience as a Magistrate in the Lagos State Judiciary adds depth to his understanding of the legal system and reinforces his commitment to justice and integrity.
A graduate of Lagos State University and the Nigerian Law School, Abuja Campus, he is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), Commonwealth Lawyers Association (CLA) and Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN). His career reflects a steady rise marked by leadership, innovation, and a deep dedication to the legal profession.
