She worked with the Law Firm of Kunle Kalejaiye, SAN & Co. where she was actively involved in representing clients in litigation arising from different areas of law including Banking law, Trade and Investments, Commercial law, Labour Law etc.
After joining the Law Firm of Adeniji Kazeem & Co., she has been involved in general solicitors’ practice including Commercial, Contracts documentation, conducting legal due diligence on different target companies and proffering qualitative investment advice to wide range of Clients. She has successfully assisted foreign investors to set up portfolio investments in Nigeria thereafter advising expatriate clients on adherence to global best practices on corporate governance. She assists in providing immigration related services and obtaining approvals for various expatriate quota applications at the Ministry of Interior and Nigerian Immigration Service.
She has also been involved in the provision of qualitative company secretarial services to clients by facilitating and convening Board meetings on Chairman’s instructions, attending such meetings, keeping minutes and other corporate books, ensures strict compliance with statutory and regulatory provisions by rendering necessary returns to the Corporate Affairs Commission, Securities and Exchange Commission.
She currently heads the IP/Company Secretarial Department.
